V.I.P his is normaly achieved by Getting a pretty high post count e.g the Rsbm hero Rank is a good start. Also for someone who deservers a Rank but not a Modship.
Someone who is trusted Enough to Moderate parts off the forum.
Some who Moderates the whole forum.

Same as a Educator except you decide who become an educator.
Someone who has donated 1mil+gp.
someone who has donated 2mil+.
someone who has donatoed 5mil+.
someone who has donated 10mil+gp.
someone who is banned for breaking the rules.
Someone who can do whatever they want on the forum.
